How to book and Frequently Asked Questions

Booking Your Classes

All bookings for classes and events are made through the online booking system.

The process is simple and designed to give you flexibility, while also ensuring I can support you safely and fully in class.

What to Expect When Booking

When you book, you will be asked to:

• select your start date

• complete a short health questionnaire

• add your personal details

• make payment at the time of booking

The health questions are there to:

• keep you safe during class

• help tailor the sessions to your needs

Please share only what you feel comfortable with.

Your information is always kept private and confidential.

If you are rebooking, you can keep this brief unless anything has changed.

How to Book a Block

If you are booking a block of classes:

1. Select your chosen block size

2. Choose the first date you would like to attend

3. Click “select and make recurring”

4. Add dates until you reach the number of classes in your block

A Helpful Note

• If a class is full or not running, the date will show as unavailable

• Simply continue selecting dates until your block is complete

• You can remove dates if you are unavailable due to your own commitments

This gives you flexibility while still keeping your place in class.

Pregnancy Yoga – Pay As You Go Options

For pregnancy yoga only, there are a small number of situations where booking is done outside of the system.

This includes:

• if you would like to attend a trial class

• if you are in the later stages of pregnancy and have fewer than 6 weeks before your due date

In these cases, classes are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Please get in touch directly for more information and availability.
