A Gentle Invitation

You do not need to be more flexible.

You do not need to be fitter.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

If this resonates, I would love to welcome you to class.

Women’s Online Classes (Coming Soon)

For those who would like additional support, flexibility or continuity at home, online classes will soon be available.

These sessions are designed to:

• mirror the in-person class themes each week

• help you revisit and deepen your practice

• give you a way to stay connected when life feels busy

Online classes may suit you if:

• you can’t always make it to class

• you’d like to practice more than once per week

• you enjoy having a familiar structure to return to

You can use online classes alongside your in-person sessions, or as a gentle standalone option.

Further details will be shared soon
