A pause in the middle of your day
Life can be busy.
We spend so much of our time caring for others, responding to emails, rushing between appointments and moving from one responsibility to the next.
Lunchtime Reset Yoga is your invitation to pause.
Held inside the beautiful meadow tipi at Reset Wild Spa, this women-only class offers a peaceful hour to move, breathe and reconnect before continuing with the rest of your day.
Whether you’re taking a break from work, creating space after the school run or simply choosing to prioritise yourself for an hour, you’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.
Simply arrive, take off your shoes and allow yourself time to reset.
Who are these classes for?
These classes are for all women — from teens to any age.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need any previous yoga experience.
You don’t need to be particularly fit.
You simply need to arrive exactly as you are.
Every class offers an opportunity to:
• check in with yourself
• move in a way that feels supportive
• reconnect with your breath
• gently build strength and mobility
• enjoy uninterrupted time for yourself
• return to your day feeling refreshed and restored
There is no expectation to achieve the perfect pose. This is your practice.
Why Reset Wild Spa?
There is something truly special about practising yoga in the beautiful meadow tipi at Reset Wild Spa.
Nestled within peaceful meadows, the tipi offers the perfect balance of comfort and connection to nature. During the cooler months it’s warm and cosy thanks to the heating, while in warmer weather we can take our practice outside onto the meadow, enjoying the fresh air and open skies.
More than just a yoga class, Reset Wild Spa offers the opportunity to create a little wellbeing escape.
You might choose to begin your morning in the Wild Spa before joining me for yoga, or stay afterwards to enjoy lunch at the café and soak up the peaceful surroundings.
It’s a chance to slow down, nourish yourself and enjoy a few hours dedicated entirely to your wellbeing.
What to expect from class
Each class lasts one hour and combines several styles of yoga to support both body and mind.
Just like my Monday evening, Wednesday lunchtime and Yoga in the Woods classes, Lunchtime Reset Yoga follows a carefully planned monthly programme.
Themes rotate between:
Core Play
Building awareness and strength through your back, abdominals and pelvic floor, helping you move with greater support and confidence.
Luna
Working with the phases of the moon and recognising that our energy naturally changes throughout the month.
These classes encourage you to work with your body rather than against it.
Chakra
Exploring different energy centres through movement, breath and mindfulness, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Every class finishes with a deeply relaxing guided relaxation, allowing you to return to the rest of your day feeling restored.
What happens if it’s too cold?
The beauty of practising in the tipi is that we can enjoy yoga in nature throughout most of the year.
The tipi is heated during the colder months, allowing classes to continue comfortably in a wide range of weather conditions.
If the forecast is below 5°C, we’ll add extra heating to keep the space as warm and comfortable as possible. It will still feel cooler than an indoor studio, so I’d recommend wearing plenty of layers that you can remove as your body warms up.
If the temperature is forecast to be below 0°C, the class will not go ahead, as it simply becomes too cold to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
If you’ve booked onto a cancelled class, you’ll be warmly invited to transfer your booking to either my Wednesday lunchtime Women’s Yoga class or my Monday evening Women’s Yoga class instead.
Your comfort and safety will always come first, and I’ll contact you in advance if a class needs to be cancelled due to the weather.
What do I need to bring?
One of the lovely things about Lunchtime Reset Yoga is that you can simply arrive and enjoy your practice.
I’ll provide everything you’ll need, including: yoga mats, blocks and bricks, blankets for relaxation.
All you need to bring is:
• a bottle of water
• comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
If you’d prefer to use your own yoga mat, you’re very welcome to bring it, but there’s absolutely no need.

Lunchtime Reset Yoga isn’t about perfect poses.
It isn’t about touching your toes. It isn’t another thing to achieve.
It’s an opportunity to pause. To breathe. To reconnect with yourself. To step back into the rest of your day feeling calmer, stronger and more present.
I’d love to welcome you into the tipi and share this peaceful hour with you.
