A gentle, supportive yoga class designed to help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and bond with your baby — all in a calm, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Who is this class for?

These classes are suitable for:

Mums from 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth)

8–10 weeks postpartum (c-section)

No previous yoga experience needed

Most importantly — you are encouraged to listen to your body.

If something doesn’t feel right, you simply pause, rest, or wait a little longer

What makes this class different?

Unlike many postnatal classes, this is not just about mum and not just about baby.

This class combines BOTH postnatal yoga and baby yoga

So you both leave feeling:

stretched

relaxed

supported

A space for real motherhood

This is a judgement-free, fully flexible space.

You can:

• feed your baby

• change nappies

• rock, walk or soothe

• pause at any time

• or simply sit and breathe

Babies don’t need to be quiet or settled — they are completely welcome as they are.

And so are you

What happens in a class?

Each session is gently structured but always adaptable.

A typical class includes:

Check-in & connection time

Pelvic floor & breathwork

Gentle warm-up for mum

Baby yoga & stretches

Postnatal yoga for mum

Adapted sun salutations

Relaxation

If baby needs you — the class adapts.

Even if you only manage breathwork that day, you are still doing something powerful for your recovery.

Booking Information

Classes are booked in rolling 6-week blocks.

Start any week (subject to availability)

Choose your dates to fit around holidays/appointments

Must select 6 total sessions at booking

Tips for Booking

• Select your start date

• Click “select and make recurring”

• Add sessions until you reach 6 total dates

• You can skip weeks you can’t attend — just add another date

No changes can be made after booking


What to bring

I provide: mats, blankets, pillows.

You may wish to bring: milk, comforters or toys, water, comfortable layered clothing

A final note

This class isn’t about “getting back” to anything.

It’s about:

meeting yourself where you are

moving gently

recovering slowly

and finding moments of calm in early motherhood

You don’t need to do it perfectly.

You just need to arrive
