Online Yoga With Alice D is designed to support you in your everyday life — offering a space to move, breathe and reconnect from the comfort of your own home.
These classes follow the same themes and intention as the in-person sessions, so you will feel a sense of familiarity and connection week to week.
If you already attend in-person classes, this is a beautiful way to stay connected and deepen your practice
If you are completely new, you are just as welcome here — everything is guided in a way that feels accessible and supportive
However, the structure is slightly different.
Online classes are more focused on the physical practice
There is less discussion and sharing
More space to simply move, breathe and be guided
This is not about perfect conditions or having lots of time.
It’s about creating small, meaningful moments for yourself.
Three Ways to Practice Online
You can choose the class that best supports your current season of life:
Women’s Yoga (60 minutes)
A full, balanced class to support your whole self.
These sessions are inspired by the same weekly themes as:
• Wednesday lunchtime classes
• Monday evening classes
While the themes remain the same,
the focus online is more on movement and guided practice,
with less reflective discussion than in-person sessions.
Perfect whether you:
• already attend classes
• or are starting your yoga journey from home
Mum & Baby Yoga (30 minutes)
A gentle, realistic class designed with real motherhood in mind.
These sessions mirror your Mum & Baby Yoga classes, with a stronger focus on:
mummy-focused movement
rebuilding strength gently
adapting around baby
With less discussion, these sessions are designed to be
simple, achievable and easy to follow at home.
A supportive option whether:
• you join classes in person
• or need something more flexible and accessible
Pregnancy Yoga (45 minutes)
A supportive, nurturing space during pregnancy.
These sessions follow the same themes as:
• Monday evening pregnancy yoga
• Thursday evening pregnancy yoga
Including:
• breathwork for calm and confidence
• gentle movement for comfort and strength
• preparation for birth and beyond
Online, this becomes a more practice-led session,
supporting you to physically embody the techniques.
Suitable for:
• those attending in-person
• or those who prefer to practice from home
A Familiar Rhythm
All classes follow the same themes as your in-person sessions.
This helps you:
• feel confident and familiar
• build consistency
• deepen your understanding through practice
Even if you’ve never attended a class before,
you’ll be gently guided every step of the way.
How the Classes Work
Online classes are designed to be simple, accessible and realistic.
Classes will be offered as:
• live sessions
• and/or recorded classes to use in your own time
You can:
• practice when it suits you
• pause, rest and adapt
• repeat sessions as often as you like
This is your time to move through the practice without pressure

Creating Your Space at Home
You don’t need much to begin.
A small, quiet space is enough.
You may like to have:
• a yoga mat or soft surface
• a cushion or pillow
• a blanket
• soft lighting or music
Keep it simple. Keep it yours.
Supporting Your In-Person Practice
Online yoga is designed to complement your in-person classes — but it also works beautifully as a standalone practice.
You can:
• revisit the week’s theme
• build strength and confidence
• stay consistent when life feels busy
Or simply use it as your main way to practice:
• from home
• in your own time
• in your own space
