Yoga with Movers
Yoga With Movers in Wendover
Wendover Memorial Hall | Mondays
A space just for you — with your little one alongside you.
Yoga With Movers is designed for mums with babies who are now mobile, where movement, flexibility and a little bit of chaos are all part of the experience.
Who is this class for?
These classes are for:
• Mums with babies/toddlers who are now on the move
• Those wanting to continue their yoga practice beyond Mum & Baby classes
There is no upper age limit for your little one — just keep in mind there may be newly mobile babies in the space.
This is a relaxed, understanding environment where:
• your baby can move freely
• you can still prioritise your practice
• and everything is welcome
What is the focus of the class?
This is yoga for you — not baby yoga.
Your baby is alongside you, not the focus of the session.
Expect:
• a continuation from Mum & Baby yoga
• a focus on rebuilding strength in the back, abdominals and pelvic floor
• a class rooted in our CorePlay practice
• a slightly different focus each week
This is a 45-minute class with minimal chat — more movement, more practice, more time for you.
What to expect
Let’s be honest — it might feel a little chaotic.
Babies will move.
They might come to you, crawl away, play, or need you mid-practice.
And that’s all completely welcome.
In the centre of the room you’ll find:
• mats
• scarves
• rattles and toys
You can:
• pause when needed
• adapt movements
• or simply return to your breath
There is always space to come back to yourself — even for a moment.
Why continue yoga once baby is mobile?
Once babies become mobile, it can feel harder to prioritise yourself — but this is often when your body needs support the most.
Continuing your practice can:
• support long-term recovery and strength
• help rebuild your core and pelvic floor safely
• ease the physical load of lifting, carrying and feeding
• offer a moment of mental reset in a busy stage of motherhood
It doesn’t need to be perfect to be effective.
Showing up — even amongst the distractions — is enough.
What do I need to bring?
You don’t need much at all.
• Mats are provided (bring your own only if you prefer)
• Wear comfortable layers
• Bring water
• Bring anything extra your baby may enjoy
Included
Each booking includes:
• a Yoga with Alice D cotton bag
• a Take Five Aromatherapy rollerball (RRP £6)

A gentle invitation
You don’t have to wait until things feel calm or organised to come back to yourself.
You can begin exactly as things are.
With your baby beside you.
With movement that fits your life.
With space to breathe.
You are so welcome here.
A gentle note
This isn’t a quiet, perfectly structured class.
It’s real life — with movement.
There may be interruptions.
There may be laughter.
There may be moments where you simply sit and breathe.
And all of that is part of the practice
